Day 1 : BRUSSLES
Arrive in Brussels and proceed to your allotted hotel and proceed for Check in. Rest of the day is free for you to explore the city on your own. Brief description about Brussels to be added. Overnight at hotel.
Day 2 : BRUSSELS SIGHTSEEING
Breakfast will be served at the hotel restaurant. Thereafter, proceed for city tour of Brussels. We begin our visit with a short stroll in the old city centre. An experienced guide provides information about the world-famous Grand Place with its unique city hall and splendid guild houses. We continue our adventure through the capital by coach. We pass by the magnificent St. Michaels cathedral, the Congress Column, the Heizel district with the renowned Atomium, the remarkable Chinese pavilion and the Japanese tower. We drive back to the centre via the Palace of Laken and visit Zavel district with its many antique stores. After the impressive Court of Justice and the elegant Louiza Square, we drive to the stately Place Royale, the Royal Palace and the old Palace of the Nations which is now the home of Parliament. Around the corner, the heart of Europe beats: the buildings of the Commission, the Council of Ministers and the European Parliament Buildings. Overnight at hotel
Day 3 : BEER TOUR
Breakfast will be served at the hotel restaurant. Thereafter, proceed for the beer tasting tour, enjoying various popular Belgian beers. Belgium may be tiny, but its beers are big and bold. No country in the world boasts a brewing tradition as rich and diverse. And nowhere will you find the quantity of quality beers as is offered by this littlenation. Brussels in particular offers many varieties of artisan brews; each with a different but slightly tartand refreshing flavour. Brussels' grand and popular cafes serve as a window to the evolution of culture and social habits of the local people. Your beer tasting experience features visiting some of Brussels most typical drinking venues. Specialities are the traditional Brussels beers like Geuze, Kriek but also Trappist beers that come with a creamy white head and thirst-quenching white beers that go down deliciously on hot summer days. Your guide will help you to unravel some of Belgium's beer mysteries on this tour, giving great details of the different varieties of beer, their tastes and unique attributes. He will also provide you with tips of the do's and don'ts of the Belgian beers. The tour also includes a visit tothe Royal Puppet Theater Toone and a guided walking tour past the Manneken Pis Statue, Ilot Sacre, Art Deco buildings, the Brussel's fish market and the island of Saint Gery, the oldest part of Brussels. If children ar accompanying this tour, they will be served Chocolate Milk with Cookies.Overnight at hotel.
Day 4 : EXCURSION TOUR - BRUGES & GHENT
Breakfast will be served at the hotel restaurant. Thereafter, proceed for an excursion to the famous Flemish cities of Bruges and Ghent. After an hour's drive we arrive in Ghent, where we visit St. Bavo's Cathedral, home of the world famous 'Mystic Lamb' painting. During the city tour you will see all the important buildings from the Middle Ages, such as the Belfry, St Nicholas' Church and the Earl's Castle. In Bruges, we visit the Lake of Love and the Beguinage. Afterwards we start our walking tour and discover the Church of Our Lady with the statue by Michaelangelo, the Market Square with its belfry and the Holy Blood Chapel. Overnight at hotel.
Day 5 : BRUSSELS DEPARTURE
Breakfast will be served at the hotel restaurant. Thereafter, you have a day free at leisure until you proceed to take your flight back home or continue your onward journey.
